State touch football

We brought home the silver! 🏈 🎉 🏈

At the end of term 3 we participated in the state finals of the NSW Primary School Sports Association Small Schools’ Touch Football Knockout in Sydney.

In the quarter finals, a determined effort saw us victorious 3-2 in extra time.

.In the semi final, we ran out winners 10-6.

The final was a tough game, with both sides very evenly matched. After being down 4-1 at half time, we came storming home, only narrowly going down 5-4 at full time.

Well done to all the students involved. To make the state final in our first year in the competition is an extraordinary achievement!
